- Order Fulfillment: Given the intricate nature of bridal work, production timelines are estimates. We communicate closely with you regarding progress and will notify you immediately of any unforeseen delays.
- Pricing & Payments: Prices are listed in PKR. For bespoke/custom orders, a deposit is required to initiate work. Remaining balances must be cleared prior to final shipment.
- Intellectual Property: All designs, embroidery patterns, and website photography are the exclusive property of bridalelegance.store. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
- Liability: While we strive for perfection, minor variations in color or hand-embroidery are inherent to artisanal bridal work and are not considered defects.
