- Return Eligibility: Because most bridal items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for “change of mind” reasons. Returns are only accepted if the product is found to have a significant manufacturing defect upon arrival.
- Quality Inspection: Every garment undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch. Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence.
- Alterations: If an item requires minor adjustments, please contact our team. While we aim to assist, we are not responsible for costs incurred by third-party local tailors.
- Refunds: Refunds are granted only in cases of major manufacturing errors where a replacement cannot be provided. Approved refunds are processed within 20-30 working days to your original payment method.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been worn, dry-cleaned, or altered by the customer are strictly non-returnable.
